Job Description

We provide support to individuals who have suffered a workplace injury, helping them regain confidence and return to meaningful work.

The Role:
  • Manage complex cases by providing health coaching, career coaching and return-to-work support.
  • Perform vocational assessments both in-person and virtually.
  • Develop employer networks within NSW.
  • Utilize award-winning psychosocial risk assessment tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology.
  • Eligibility for registration with relevant professional bodies.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
