
Account Development Lead

The role of the Senior Account Executive plays a pivotal part in managing client relationships, driving business expansion and ensuring that insurance policies meet clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong professional connections with key clients to ensure satisfaction with coverage and service.
- Sales and Account Growth: Identify new business opportunities, cross-sell and up-sell insurance products while managing a portfolio of clients.
- Risk Assessment: Assess client risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance coverage to minimize potential risks.
- Negotiation & Renewals: Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure favorable rates and oversee policy renewals to ensure smooth transitions.
- Claims Support: Assist clients with claims processes to ensure fair settlements and timely resolutions.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, regulations and new products to provide expert advice to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters and other departments to deliver exceptional results.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all policies and client communications comply with regulations and policies to maintain high standards.
- A Degree in Business or related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in general insurance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
