Software Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Software Solutions Specialist in Melbourne. As a key member of our consultancy service, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality software solutions to our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish timelines and plans for software implementation;
  • Conduct discovery sessions to review clients' key processes and identify gaps in their requirements;
  • Document business process flows to demonstrate understanding of clients' processes;
  • Design end-to-end software solutions involving key stakeholders in each area;
  • Analyze and optimize system use to help clients achieve the best possible return on investment;
  • Evaluate call activity and analysis with customers to identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Suggest software add-ons and change management to meet evolving client needs;
