Software Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Support Specialist to bridge customer requirements with software solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will leverage your technical expertise to optimize software usage, support implementations, and collaborate with development teams in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate customer needs into technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Provide technical support, software testing, and customer training to enhance user experience.
  • Assist in technical sales, tendering, and solution development, focusing on innovative approaches.
  • Create detailed technical documentation to facilitate smooth data exchange.
  • Work closely with product teams to deliver and implement solutions efficiently.
  • Support project phases from design to execution using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree in Electrical/Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field (preferably in the energy industry).
  • Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, C#, and software configuration is essential.
  • Familiarity with SQL queries, Python, data modeling, and analytics is highly valued.
  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills are crucial for success.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and tools like JIRA, MS Project is preferred.

Prior experience working with electrical or utility companies is highly desirable.
