As a senior software lifecycle specialist, you will serve as a trusted advisor for software solutions, helping clients maximize the value of their software investments and ensuring overall satisfaction and loyalty.

Your primary role is to build and maintain strong client relationships, driving the adoption, expansion, and renewal of software offerings. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless and effective client engagement.

You will create and manage customized Software Success plans that promote accelerated software usage and feature adoption, aligning your efforts with clients' business and operational objectives. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting regular training programs to guide clients on utilizing specific software features, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute technology adoption strategies in consultation with sales specialists and go-to-market teams.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, consulting, and technical services team members to ensure effective client engagement, leveraging resources as needed.
  • Agree and implement a structured governance framework with the client, capturing key success criteria that will be covered in regular meeting cadences.
  • Maintain a good understanding of vendor incentive programs and be accountable for realizing vendor incentives associated with technology adoption.
  • Facilitate client technology roadmap workshops, engaging relevant technical resources.
  • Provide market intelligence insights into clients and highlight expertise and differentiated offerings.
  • Identify and register co-sell opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand software offerings.
  • Report success metrics back to stakeholders.
