As part of its commitment to developing young talent, Reece is partnering with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd to offer School-based Traineeships for Year 10 students. The traineeship will involve working in a Reece branch and completing a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations, which includes on-the-job training and assessments.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Key responsibilities include embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures; providing excellent customer service; processing sales; managing stock; and contributing to maintaining a high standard at the branch.
About you: if you have good written and verbal communication skills, can follow instructions, and possess enthusiasm, a great attitude, and a willingness to give new things a go, we would like to hear from you. As a team player, you will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with additional hours available during school holidays to assist in your progress.
