Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Supply Chain Operations Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for Year 10 students to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

About the Role

This School-based Traineeship will involve working with us at Plumbing Coburg, where you will be part of a close-knit team that prides itself on providing exceptional customer service. As a Trainee Supply Chain Operations Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Embracing our company values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages/orders
  • Communicating effectively with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge
  • Following up with customers and maintaining a high standard of work
