About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Assurance Specialist to join our team in Technology Risk Management. As an Internal Audit Manager, you will play a vital role in providing assurance over our risk management and internal control systems related to Technology risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Internal Audit Plan aligned to business risks and strategic goals.
  • Deliver high-quality audits overseeing all aspects of Internal Audits including stakeholder collaboration, planning, executing, reporting, and follow-up of actions.
  • Identify improvement opportunities across the business through commercial, cost-effective, and efficient recommendations and actions.
  • Provide advice to business units on governance and control improvements.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the delivery and performance of systems, processes, and services within the Internal Audit function, and continuously improve the function.
  • Maintain effective relationships with business units (middle and senior management), second-line functions, and external parties such as the Internal Audit Co-source Partner and External Auditors.
About You

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Technology Security, Technology Governance, or related fields. You'll need strong commercial acumen and technical experience in delivering Technology-related assurance, including Cyber Security, Information Security, IT General Controls, Project Assurance, Digital Transformation, Technology resilience, and disaster recovery.

A telecommunications or technology industry background is highly valued, but not necessary. You'll also need a strong understanding of International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and Technology Risk Frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001, and relevant industry codes.

We're a dynamic and collaborative team, and we're looking for someone who is self-motivated, resilient, and agile. You'll need effective communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills to succeed in this role.
