Job Description

We are seeking a diligent professional to undertake Quality Assurance activities, monitor and report on the effectiveness of policies, procedures, and controls. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and be able to proactively identify issues quickly.

The successful applicant will execute the 1st Line Credit Assurance Risk Management Framework by undertaking targeted assurance reviews. Strong communication skills are essential to bring together business needs with the governance required of a bank.

Responsibilities:

RequirementsKey Skills and Qualifications
  • Commercial / Business Banking experience.
  • Home Lending and NCCP knowledge.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • A willingness to learn and understand risk frameworks and their practical application, particularly in financial services.
  • A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A 'can do' attitude with the ability to get the job done and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
  • Sound analytical skills – able to proactively identify issues quickly and provide business-oriented solutions.
