We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist who will be responsible for conducting daily, weekly and monthly quality assurance activities across our Individual Life business.

The key tasks include conducting quality assurance assessments, identifying and capturing level 1 risk, managing business relationships, conducting call calibration sessions, and being responsible for process improvement and business optimisation.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will have a thorough understanding of all compliance, quality assurance and process requirements including a strong working understanding of core licence, regulatory and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct Quality Assurance assessments for Individual Life.
  • Identify and capture Level 1 Risk.
  • Manage business relationships.
  • Conduct call calibration sessions.
  • Be responsible for process improvement & business optimisation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of our business and its processes. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

You will need to have a high degree of organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. A proven track record of achieving results and delivering high-quality outcomes would be highly regarded.
