Production Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Leader to join our manufacturing team in Laverton North.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving safety and quality, and supporting your colleagues through a period of exciting growth and change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Coach and support team members to meet performance and development objectives.
  • Manage automated packaging lines, plant equipment, and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate stock movement, packaging, dispatch, and uphold industry standards.
  • Champion continuous improvement and collaborate across departments to optimise workflow.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role (agricultural or chemical industry experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in SAP systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing environments.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
