About the Job

This role is responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of technology risk and cyber security services, including the coordination and outcomes of security control delivery, technology and cyber risk management, and cyber security threat management for Tech Mahindra customers in the region.

The successful candidate will work closely with Tech Mahindra's Global ESRM teams to understand and align delivery of services with desired risk levels, compliance, and due diligence obligations.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the security space, have the ability to lead others, drive strategy, and understand engagements, business drivers, and security enablement opportunities.

Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of cyber security, technology programs, and projects in the region to Tech Mahindra standards.

The candidate will review and redevelop the existing delivery framework, process, and team, working closely with stakeholders to engage them on the journey towards a reusable and acceptable guideline for success.

This role requires a broader understanding of the cyber security threat landscape and the ability to engage with internal or external partners to procure and deliver services.
