Job SummaryWe are currently seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team in North Queensland. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead change, champion practice, and uplift excellence in educational settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with educators to enhance educational programs offered to children
- Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content
- Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice
This full-time or part-time position offers a competitive salary, paid on par with state primary school teachers*. Additionally, you will receive 50% discount off your childcare fees and up to 6 weeks paid parental leave.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Qld Working with Children Check
