We're seeking an experienced Primary School Director to join our team at Goodstart Proserpine, a two-building centre catering to children from nursery to Kindergarten.

About the Role

As a Centre Director, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and developing Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong relationships with children, families, and communities, leveraging your expertise in early learning to make a lasting impact.

  • Deliver our bespoke learning program, collaboratively developed with global leaders in pedagogical practice
  • Lead a talented team of professionals, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
  • Work with your team to drive business growth, maintain revenue streams, and enhance the attendance pipeline

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
  • Proven experience in leading change within education, health, or community services
  • Success in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills
