Job Description
The Transformational Educational Director will play a pivotal role in leading change and championing excellence in educational practice. Collaborating closely with centre leadership, you'll work towards deepening team understanding of child development and early years content. This will involve guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework and promoting transformative changes within the organisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll require:
- A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- A current Qld Working with Children Check
