This role is situated within the Social Work Department and Acute Oncology Stream. As a Grade 2 Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services to referred patients and families from various units. Your day-to-day tasks may include assessments, counseling, supervising junior staff and students, and contributing to team planning and case conferences.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Social Work and ideally have experience working in a health-related setting. You must be able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a positive team culture.
