We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our dynamic professional team and expand their Social Work skills in a collaborative environment.

Your Role
- You will conduct psychosocial assessments and provide Social Work clinical interventions that make a difference in patients' lives.
- Contribute to achieving excellence in patient care across the continuum of acute to community care.
- Be supported by your Social Work and Multidisciplinary team colleagues, Team Leaders, Clinical Lead, and Managers.
About You
- You are looking to expand your Social Work skills and work collaboratively as part of a team and in co-operation with others.
- Qualifications acceptable for membership to the Australian Association of Social Workers are required.
- Experience in comprehensive assessment, counselling, and discharge planning is essential.
