This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Collect ripe fruits according to quality standards and production goals.
- Inspect and sort fruits to ensure only the highest-quality products are selected.
- Handle fruits with care to avoid any damage or bruising during the collection process.
- Pack and stack harvested fruits in containers or crates following specific guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment to ensure food safety and hygiene.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Communicate any issues or concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Physically fit and able to handle repetitive manual tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Attention to detail and ability to differentiate between ripe and unripe fruits.
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
