 Key Responsibilities
  • Collect ripe fruits according to quality standards and production goals.
  • Inspect and sort fruits to ensure only the highest-quality products are selected.
  • Handle fruits with care to avoid any damage or bruising during the collection process.
  • Pack and stack harvested fruits in containers or crates following specific guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment to ensure food safety and hygiene.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.
  • Communicate any issues or concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Physically fit and able to handle repetitive manual tasks for extended periods.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and rain.
  • Attention to detail and ability to differentiate between ripe and unripe fruits.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of fruit varieties, their characteristics, and harvesting techniques.
  • Capacity to follow instructions and adhere to quality and safety guidelines.
