This leadership role plays a pivotal part in improving the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. You will be responsible for delivering economic empowerment, improving mental health and wellbeing, and promoting cultural expression.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to deliver key outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders to co-design reforms that benefit Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
- Demonstrate exceptional cultural capability and respect.
- Show strong understanding of national agreements and ability to deliver government commitments.
- Be able to communicate effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
