Network Planning Leadership Role

The National Network Planning Manager will play a critical role in developing and managing the long-term strategic network plan. This involves working closely with senior management to deliver optimal outcomes for property investments.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior-level professional with significant experience in property markets. The successful candidate will have excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the long-term strategic network plan
  • Evaluate and provide guidance on investment prioritization and allocation
  • Cultivate effective collaboration across internal teams to inform network planning decisions
  • Support the development of relevant frameworks and performance metrics
  • Be actively involved in complex lease and acquisition negotiations
  • Support the Head of Property in strategy papers and due diligence
  • Promote engagement with stakeholders to enhance understanding of property strategies and network plans

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Property or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of senior-level property management experience
  • Able to work at both strategic and implementation levels
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and financial management skills
