Role description: This key position involves technical direction, mentorship and leadership to our national Transport Planning team. The successful candidate will have a broad range of experience including but not limited to policy and guidance, strategy development, multi-modal transport plans, place based transport plans, movement and place frameworks, options analysis, business case development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Membership and/or active involvement with relevant industry bodies (e.g. AITPM)
  • Previous consulting experience with a strong track record of client delivery
  • Established client and industry networks
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to direct reports and proposals, lead meetings, prepare and deliver presentations to a high standard
  • Experience in leading multi-discipline project teams
  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership
