As an HSE Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in incident and injury reporting, investigation, and follow-up
  • Conduct regular safety inspections across the resort to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct waste audits and inspections to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
  • Assist with fauna management and conservation efforts
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement HSE communications and training programs
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and ability to ski or snowboard
  • Understanding of WHS legislation and ski area operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Qualifications in Workplace Health and Safety or Environment highly desirable
