As the National Car Park Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in steering all car park projects across QIC's owned and managed properties in various regions. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to execute innovative initiatives, ensuring QIC remains a leader in adopting advanced technologies and enhancements.

Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Direction: Formulate and implement QIC's Car Park strategic framework, ensuring it aligns with our broader organizational goals. Contract Oversight: Manage tender processes, negotiate agreements, and oversee car park equipment upgrades in collaboration with Car Park Managers and suppliers to guarantee optimal efficiency and value. Team Leadership: Supervise a Business Development Manager, acting as the main point of contact with our car park manager to resolve contractual issues and strengthen client relations. Project Management: Direct project timelines, budgets, and ensure accountability among all stakeholders involved. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams such as Centre Managers, Investment Managers, Legal, Tax, IT, and Risk & Compliance to achieve car park and alternative revenue objectives. Innovation & Development: Research and propose future technologies, presenting insights to relevant stakeholders. Financial Planning: Develop and present annual car park financial plans and quarterly forecasts, monitoring performance and executing strategies for commercial success. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to influence business outcomes and enhance customer experience.Essential Qualifications:
Significant experience within the car park sector. Demonstrated leadership skills, expertise in commercial negotiations, market assessment, and stakeholder engagement. Capability to create and execute short, medium, and long-term strategies. Proficient in managing financial budgets and related documentation. High proficiency in MS Office Suite and PowerBI. A progressive mindset focused on driving improvements and fostering innovation.
