Job Title: Case Manager

Support Individuals in Need

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals who may be experiencing or have experienced harmful workplace behaviors.

You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders, adopting a confidential, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach to achieve resolutions and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide client and confidant support through one-on-one consultations and case management
  • Contribute to the identification of current and emerging issues and monitor integrity performance
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure holistic approaches to early intervention and complex workplace matters
  • Prepare briefs, reports, and other sensitive documents

Essential Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship at time of application
  • Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or ability to obtain one
  • Maintaining confidentiality and possessing empathy, non-judgment, and exceptional listening skills

Location: Canberra, ACT region

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
