Job Description:

As a wellbeing and performance case manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the health, safety, and productivity of Australia's public sector workforce.

Key responsibilities include providing early intervention, injury management, and performance support services for employees. This involves delivering practical advice on legislative, regulatory, and procedural matters related to wellbeing and performance.

You will partner with business areas to implement strategies that promote sustained performance improvement using APS Work Level Standards and the Integrated Leadership System.

Contribute to the management and improvement of the Rehabilitation Management System (RMS) and organisational wellbeing initiatives.

Participate in professional development to strengthen your capacity to navigate challenging conversations.

Promote a safe, ethical, and respectful workplace aligned with APS Values and the APS Code of Conduct.
