Infrastructure Development Project Manager

The RoleWe are currently constructing some of Australia's most complex projects, including the Black Hill to Tomago M1, Gold Coast Light Rail, and Upper South Creek Advanced Water Recycling Centre. Due to industry expansion, our Infrastructure business is seeking a Senior Planner for an upcoming $450m Water Infrastructure project in regional NSW.
This key role involves:
- Developing project-specific Basis of Scheduling documents for required projects.
- Building relationships between estimating and cost control groups to ensure awareness of all aspects of Project Controls.
- Leading projects from a Planning perspective, which include Infrastructure and Water projects.
- Collaborating with Project Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant discipline.
- A high level of experience in using P6, MS Project, Excel.
- At least 5 years' experience in tendering and delivering multidisciplinary projects (Civil, Roads, Water, bridges).
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff (verbal and written).
- Ability to schedule work priorities to strictly adhere to deadlines.
- Demonstrate contractual and commercial awareness.

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 AUD per annum.
