Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply contemporary business analysis and organisational change practices when dealing with stakeholders, including requirements elicitation, business process mapping, and stakeholder engagement workshops.

  • Communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies in an effective and collaborative manner.

  • Maintain relationships with key technical and business stakeholders.

  • Align business analysis activities to industry best practice and ASA processes.

  • Engage with geologically diverse project teams.

  • Identify and report on risk and issues impacting service delivery and program performance.

  • Develop artefacts to define outcomes for the organisation and resources required to support delivery of these outcomes.

  • Plan with the Master Scheduler and maintain a project schedule that identifies work effort, roles, and resources required, budget estimates, constraints.

  • Align with EPMO stage gates and organise stage gate reviews when required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be an Australian citizen and have the ability to obtain Baseline Clearance.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in programme and/or project delivery (ideally in relation to service transition/migration).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate with ICT and business senior executives, internal and external stakeholders, and to escalate issues appropriately.

  • Demonstrable experience regarding interpersonal, consultative, organisational, and facilitation skills.

  • High attention to detail and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
