Job Title: Team Leader
The Team Leader will manage a team of customer service specialists and work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure performance meets customer service metrics.
This role offers excellent flexibility with a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for on-site connection and collaboration balanced with the flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Proactively follow up on cases to ensure resolution within target timeframes
- Manage escalations, investigations, and refunds in accordance with customer service guidelines
- Assist with customer service improvements across the organization
- Coordinate tasks and processes with cross-functional teams
- Assist with training and coaching of team members
- Take a proactive role in ensuring the achievement of metrics and KPIs, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to a positive, proactive, customer-focused, and accountable culture
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience leading a team of customer service professionals
- Experience in delivering high-quality service interactions
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High-level interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
- Ability to manage and meet efficiency and quality targets
- Exceptional problem-solving and dispute resolution mindset and skills
- Ability to remain positive and lead by example in challenging situations
