About the Role

We are seeking highly detail-oriented individuals to support our vetting process by reviewing scholarship applications and verifying submitted documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify application details and documents against the scholarship requirements list
  • Confirm and verify submitted documents are true and correct, in date and provided as expected
  • Identify and report any missing or damaged documents
  • Update the scholarship management system with accurate information
  • Report any anomalies or misleading documentation

Requirements:

  • Experience in vetting and document verification
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
