About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Eligibility Checkers to support our clients with vetting pre-assessment checks and reviewing scholarship applications. As an Eligibility Checker, you will be responsible for cross-checking application details and documents against the scholarship application requirements list, confirming and verifying submitted documents, and reporting any anomalies or misleading documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify application details and documents against the scholarship application requirements list
  • Confirm and verify submitted documents are true and correct, in date and provided as expected
  • Identify and report missing or damaged documents
  • Update the scholarship management system to add conditions, approve application sections, and update information as required
  • Report any anomalies or misleading documentation
Requirements
  • Experience in vetting and eligibility checking
  • Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
