About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Eligibility Checkers to support our clients with vetting pre-assessment checks and reviewing scholarship applications. The successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Verifying application details and documents against the scholarship application requirements
  • Confirming and verifying submitted documents are true and correct, in date and provided as expected
  • Identifying missing or damaged documents
  • Updating the scholarship management system to add conditions, approve application sections, and update information as required
  • Reporting any anomalies or misleading documentation

Key Skills and Experience

  • Experience in vetting and document verification
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
