About the Role

We are seeking six Eligibility Checkers to support with vetting pre-assessment checks and reviewing scholarship applications based upon application documents submitted. The successful candidates will be required to work on a part-time basis, with availability on specific shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cross-check application details and documents against the scholarship application requirements list
  • Confirm and verify submitted documents are true and correct, in date and provided as expected
  • Confirm missing or damaged documents
  • Data entry
  • Update the scholarship management system to add conditions, approve application sections, and update information as required
  • Report any anomalies or misleading documentation
Requirements
  • Vetting experience
  • Attention to detail
  • MS skills, especially Excel and Word
  • High level of confidentiality
