About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable company that provides end-to-end solutions for equipment hire, engineering, and industrial services.

Our successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer needs, generating schedules and quotes, coordinating deliveries, and providing exceptional service.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Generating accurate hire schedules, quotes, and invoices
  • Coordinating the delivery, transfer, pick-up, repair, and breakdown of equipment
  • Supporting customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure seamless support for our customers

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of face-to-face customer service experience
  • A strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • The ability to learn and absorb technical information quickly
