Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our hotel community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing efficient food and beverage service that exceeds our guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for guests.
  • Operate Point of Sale (POS) system and manage cash handling.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • RSA (NSW) certification.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Self-motivated and energetic, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
