Senior SAP Data and Analytics Strategist

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data and Analytics Practice Lead to spearhead our data strategy and team. As a key leader, you will leverage your expertise in SAP data and analytics to drive innovation and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

About the Role:

  • Align the data and analytics vision with our business strategy and priorities
  • Design, develop, and optimize our data estate, including SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP S/4HANA
  • Develop and execute a data and analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee data solutions design, development, and maintenance, ensuring they meet current and future needs
  • Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and analysts, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
  • Design and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data quality, security, and compliance
  • Evaluate and select data and analytics tools and platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver impactful solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with new data and analytics technologies and methods to enhance business outcomes

About You:

  • Extensive experience in SAP data and analytics technologies, including SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP S/4HANA
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex data and analytics projects
  • Strong experience in data governance, quality, security, and compliance
  • Relevant certifications in SAP data and analytics tools and platforms are a plus
  • Experience with cloud-based data solutions and best practices
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in data engineering, data warehousing, data modeling, data visualization, and data analysis
  • Familiarity with agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies

Desired Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools and understanding of deep learning techniques for their application in analytics
  • Proficiency with advanced data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
  • Knowledge of data security and best practices
