We are seeking a Support Worker to provide high-quality care to our aged-care clients across the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. This is a casual position with flexible hours, working directly with our clients in their homes.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent care and support to our clients, ensuring they maintain their independence and quality of life.
This role offers an opportunity for individuals who are looking to make a positive impact on the lives of others while developing their skills and experience in the aged care sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing domestic assistance, including cooking, cleaning and laundry
- Offering companionship, social support and transportation to appointments and outings
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as showering, hoisting and bowel care
- Certificate III in community support or equivalent (desirable)
- Minimum 6 months experience in aged care or community services
- Driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Current first aid certificate and flu vaccination
