As a rehabilitation specialist, you will play a vital role in helping people regain their independence and achieve their life goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive occupational assessments to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement customized rehabilitation plans tailored to individual needs
  • Craft intervention programs that enhance functional performance, independence, and work capacity
  • Identify and remove barriers to maximize work participation
  • Foster understanding of healthcare funding schemes and empower clients to achieve wellness and recovery goals
  • Navigate complex relationships with clients, family members, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
  • Registration with AHPRA or ESSA
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with diverse client groups
  • Strong communication skills and customer-centric mindset
  • Confidence working independently and driving meaningful change in the community
  • Driver's license and vehicle required for fieldwork
  • Eligibility for a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
