This is a part-time, permanent role based in Coffs Harbour, offering flexibility to balance work and personal life. Every day is different, but your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert care, including medication, wound, and diabetes management
  • Managing catheters and compression bandages
  • Conducting DVA assessments, HCP quarterly reviews, and post-hospital reviews
  • Guiding and mentoring two Enrolled Nurses
  • Keeping care plans up to date based on evolving assessments

Requirements

You're a dedicated, experienced Registered Nurse who thrives in a community setting and is passionate about delivering high-quality care. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • At least 2 years of community nursing experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable, roadworthy vehicle
  • First Aid & CPR certification
