Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Planner to join our Supply Chain team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Inventory Planning Manager to ensure smooth facilitation of goods from our supply base into our Fulfillment Centre. You will also be responsible for owning the performance and relationship management of suppliers from a supply chain perspective.

Responsibilities
- Ensure daily demand is placed on suppliers
- Develop and implement demand strategies
- Monitor and evaluate OOS reports
- Provide recommendations and actions to address OOS causes

Requirements
- Previous experience in domestic freight, replenishment ordering, and demand planning within a high SKU B2C environment
- Demonstrated capability to work internally with a Supply Chain or Merchandising team as well as externally with 3rd party suppliers
- Exceptional understanding of Inventory and Supply Planning principles including Safety Stock, Lead Times, MOQs, OOS, Stock on Hand etc.
