
Disaster Recovery Team Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and growth of the organization from a staffing and rostering perspective. This includes supporting the on-boarding of support workers, participants, and new visitors or callers.
- Strategic Initiatives:
- Support the Operations Support Lead, Operations Coordinator, and Operations Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the organization's staffing and rostering processes.
- Keep incident registers, continuous improvement registers, and risk assessments registers up-to-date when issues or learnings arise.
- Meetings:
- Attend and take minutes at the weekly team meeting, improvement meetings, WHS meetings, staff meetings, and house meetings.
- Leadership:
- Lead the rostering for the organization, ensuring smooth operations from a staff matching and availability perspective.
- Communication with the CEO, Ops Manager & Chair:
- Collate and share key KPIs for the organisation.
- Ensure timely updates are circulated on operations, including escalation of incidents.
