The recent flooding across the Hunter and Mid North Coast has left countless homes and businesses devastated. At Reztor Restoration, we're stepping in to help communities recover—and we're looking for the right person to join our team on the ground.

This is more than a short-term job. It's a long-term career opportunity with a respected restoration company, where your work will have a real impact.

Whether you have prior experience in restoration or you're new to the industry with a strong work ethic and a great attitude, we want to hear from you. We'll provide full training and help you gain industry-recognised qualifications.

About the Role

You'll assist in the restoration of flood-affected properties, helping people get back on their feet. From water extraction to mould remediation, you'll learn from the best while delivering an essential service to the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in flood clean-up and property restoration

  • Operate drying, extraction, and filtration equipment (we'll train you)

  • Work independently in the field with support from our head office

  • Show empathy and professionalism with clients in distress

  • Maintain accurate job documentation and follow structured procedures

  • Help us establish and grow our services across the Hunter and Mid North Coast

What We're Looking For

  • A proactive, self-motivated individual

  • Physically capable and not afraid of hands-on work

  • Great attitude, team player, and fast learner

  • Driver's licence (required)

  • Police clearance (or ability to obtain)

  • Experience in restoration, cleaning, or construction is a bonus—but not essential
