Financial Leadership Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for managing the financial and administrative activities of the hospital campus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain effective budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure the long-term financial stability of the organization.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the campus' financial and administration activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate, timely, and informative financial reports to the Board, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance and improve the overall financial health of the organization.
  • Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and support to the Executive team, contributing to the development of business strategies and goals that align with the organization's vision and mission.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, maintaining the highest level of integrity and transparency in financial matters.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial systems, processes, and internal controls.

Job Requirements:

  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management and leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
