We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team.

The Role

As a key member of the recruitment team, you will provide administrative and operational support across the hiring lifecycle. This includes coordinating interviews, meetings, and candidate communications to ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes. You will also play a pivotal role in managing recruitment systems, data integrity, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate interview schedules, meetings, and communication with candidates to facilitate seamless recruitment processes.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and assessments within recruitment systems.
  3. Support onboarding activities and collaborate with candidates regarding pre-employment requirements.
  4. Initiate and oversee background checks, medicals, and psychometric testing.
  5. Ensure timely publication of job ads across internal and external platforms.
  6. Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and operational standards.
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver exceptional recruitment support.
  8. Contribute to HR data insights to enhance employee engagement.
  9. Play a vital role in coordinating the Scholarship Program, including stakeholder support and application tracking.
About You
  • Minimum 2–4 years' experience in talent acquisition coordination or recruitment administration.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • A proactive mindset and passion for supporting people initiatives.
