Atom Resources is a specialist Construction, Property and Engineering Recruitment agency in Australia.

Founded in Feb 2016 in Sydney, we have a second office on the NSW Central Coast, we work in all states in Australia and have grown to a team of twenty-two internal staff. We ranked 7th in the ‘Australian Financial Reviews Fast Starters list 2018', and more recently 5th in the 'Australian Financial Reviews Fast Starters list 2020'.

We are excited to offer the opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Central Coast team and help take our business to the next level.

The position is responsible for the recruitment of Civil Construction trades and labour working closely with our Senior Consultant Tori Richards.

The role would suit an ambitious, hands-on recruiter, or someone looking to get into Construction Recruitment or is looking to take on the challenge of growing a business with exciting targets over the next 5 years.

**Duties and Responsibilities include**:

- After the initial 6 months you will take on full end to end recruitment responsibility within Atom Resources Civil Construction sector
- Promoting Atom's culture and values

In order to be considered for this position, you do not need any recruitment experience, just need to have a good attitude and willingness to learn. You must be willing to work full time in out Central Coast office.
