We are excited to offer the opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Central Coast team and help take our business to the next level.

The position is responsible for the recruitment of Civil Construction trades and labour working closely with our Senior Consultant Tori Richards.

The role would suit an ambitious, hands-on recruiter, or someone looking to get into Construction Recruitment or is looking to take on the challenge of growing a business with exciting targets over the next 5 years.

**Duties and Responsibilities include**:

- After the initial 6 months you will take on full end to end recruitment responsibility within Atom Resources Civil Construction sector
- Promoting Atom's culture and values
