Key Responsibilities
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and train your team to meet sales objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
- Compliance: Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations and maintains high operational standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and order new items to meet customer demand.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop new staff members to ensure a high-performing team.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards to drive customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve queries and complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead within a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

- Customer Focus: A happy, friendly, and energetic personality with a desire to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Security Clearance: A current/valid police check or a willingness to obtain one if successful.
