About The Role

As a senior technical leader, you will oversee the data services team, deploying, maintaining and scaling our cloud-native platform. You will lead strategic technical initiatives, develop long-term strategies and drive architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled engineers responsible for data platforms including Apache Cassandra, Apache Kafka, OpenSearch, caching solutions, relational databases, Kubernetes and Zookeeper.
  • Develop and execute technical strategies to ensure scalability, reliability and performance of data infrastructure.
  • Drive architectural decisions and innovations aligning with business goals and technical roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data services seamlessly into broader technology ecosystem.
  • Implement and refine processes for continuous improvement, focusing on system reliability, performance optimization and cost-effectiveness.
