Support Donation Professionals

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a life-giving team where you will support our donors through their donation process.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and interview potential donors to understand their eligibility and suitability to donate.
- Create a donor experience they'll love—and want to come back.
- Complete routine blood pressure and haemoglobin tests.
- Set up machines and collections equipment.
- Insert and remove needles safely to collect whole blood, plasma, and platelets.
- Monitor donors post-donation and assist them with rebooking their next donation.
- Work collaboratively to achieve collection targets.
- A genuine passion to deliver an exceptional service to our donors.
- Excellent customer-facing skills.
- Comfortable with needles and blood/biological materials.
- Occasionally lift between 9-22.7 kgs.
- Support and foster a fantastic team culture.
- Frequently stand, walk and bend to set up and pack down machines and blood products.
- Be flexible to work varied shifts on a fortnightly rotating roster from Monday to Sunday, including weekends and afternoon shifts.
- Minimum 5 weeks annual leave (up to 6 weeks).
- Access to salary packaging with an option to package up to $15,900 for living expenses and $2,650 for meals and entertainment.
