We are seeking an experienced retail leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a remote store location.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mentoring, training, and leading diverse teams, with expertise in rostering, staff allocation, and budget management.

About the Role:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, stock control, merchandising, and staff supervision
  • Providing effective leadership and mentoring to in-store teams, fostering a collaborative and culturally respectful environment
  • Ensuring compliance with Food Safety Standards, WHS, and company policies
  • Maintaining excellent store presentation and high levels of customer service
  • Supporting with staff training initiatives

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years in retail or fast-moving consumer goods within a supermarket environment
  • Proven experience in mentoring, training, and leading diverse teams
  • Competence in rostering, staff allocation, and budget management, including inventory and expense controls
  • Cultural Awareness: Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Working Rights: Must prove unrestricted working rights within Australia
