Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Executive to oversee our operations at a site in Alice Springs. This is a full-time position that involves managing a team of security personnel, implementing security protocols, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operational management of all security personnel delivering services at the Alice Springs Facility
  • Implement security directives and ensure compliance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain rosters for all security personnel
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior management experience in a similar role, including the management of a small to medium-sized team
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain security documentation
  • A valid Northern Territory security license and first aid/CPR certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
