Salary:$150,000 - $200,000 per annum

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing marketing collateral, educational, and promotional materials for compliance with all applicable laws and policies. They will also negotiate, draft, and review an extensive range of contracts, including marketing and medical materials, as well as assist the team with day-to-day and ad-hoc operational matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a similar field, preferably with in-house experience. They should also have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical and medical device regulation, including product registration, licensing, and promotion. Additionally, they should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgement. Strong negotiation and drafting skills are essential, as is knowledge of intellectual property and commercialisation on IP. Full Australian working rights and eligibility to practice law in Australia are also required.
